The 2021 Ed Block Courage Award Recipients visited the Baltimore Ravens Courage House, St. Vincent’s Villa for a day of fun and activities with the children of the residential treatment center. The community outreach serves as an inspiration for the children to overcome adversity.
During their visit the NFL guests were entertained by a special program including performances from several of the kids. For the first time the residents of the Courage House presented the players with their official Ed Block Courage Award Trophies.
The St. Vincent’s Courage Day Community Outreach has been ongoing since the inception of the Foundation in 1978 as the prestigious honorees take time to support those dealing with severe trauma due to abuse and neglect.
