Alec Ingold was selected by his teammates as the Miami Dolphins Courage Award Recipient for 2022.
Ingold was signed by the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2019. In his rookie season, he played in all 16 games of which he started 10 while showcasing his versatility as a fullback and special teams contributor. He finished the season with 7 receptions for 68 yards and 1 touchdown. In the 2020 season, Ingold continued to be a key player on the Raiders’ offense, helping to open up running lanes for running back Josh Jacobs. That season he garnered 12 receptions for 110 yards.
Off the field, Ingold is known for his community involvement and philanthropic work. He has been involved in various initiatives to support youth sports programs and has worked with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
