Quandre Diggs played the entire 2021-22 football season without missing a game. In the final minutes of the Seahawks Week 18 game, Diggs suffered a dislocated ankle and a broken right fibula in Arizona. He underwent surgery less than 48 hours later in Wisconsin. The free safety was able to make it back for the Seahawks 2022 season opener against the Denver Broncos in September as a team captain. Once again, this past season, he earned Pro Bowl honors and again, did not miss a game. His teammates voted him the 2022 Ed Block Courage Award Recipient by a landslide which speaks to the respect that he has earned from his teammates on and off the field.
