Frank Ragnow is the 2023-2024 Detroit Lions recipient of the Ed Block Courage award. Frank is an honored receiver of many awards this season, including Ed Block, Walter Payton Man of the Year, his third Pro Bowl selection, and second All Pro selection. Frank embodies everything a Courage award winner stands for; his work ethic through adversity, his perseverance both on and off the field, and his sense of community that he shows with his many affiliated foundations. Most notably, Franks “Rags Remembered Foundation” has become a staple in the community, to provide outdoor experiences for grieving children. The Detroit Lions players, executives, and staff are all honored to have Frank Ragnow represent our organization as the Ed Block Courage Award recipient.
