Unfortunately, Radunz suffered a complete ACL tear of his left knee during a game against the Los Angeles Chargers on Dec. 18, 2022 and missed the team’s final three regular season games. Knowing the typical return to play timeline for ACL reconstruction surgery is 10-12 months, the North Dakota State product immediately began a grueling rehabilitation process with the eye on getting back in the lineup early in the 2023 campaign. Radunz’s determination and relentless work with team trainers and in the weight room saw him begin the season on the team’s active roster and he participated in a regular season contest less than nine months post-surgery.
In 2023, Radunz has appeared in 13 games with eight starts for the Titans. His versatility has been impressive, allowing him to make starts at left guard, right guard, left tackle and right tackle during the season. Radunz is a dedicated worker on the practice field and he has shown great persistence this past year attacking a rehabilitation process with a drive and passion worthy of receiving the Ed Block Courage Award.
